Agile/Scrum Scenario Training

Objective: This training course is designed to provide participants with a good understanding of Scrum, an Agile framework, and prepare for Scrum certification exams and getting a job.

Duration: 8 hrs

Tue &Thu, 7pm to 8pm (EST) for 4 weeks, OR

Sat & Sun, 3.30pm to 6.00pm (EST) for 2 weekends

Target Audience:

• Anyone who desires to start or build a career as a Scrum Master and don’t know what to do or how to go about it

• Individuals who are interested in learning and applying Scrum in their personal and professional lives or are new to Scrum and want to learn more about it.

Prerequisites: None. A basic understanding of project management concepts can be helpful, but not essential.

Course Overview:

This course will be delivered through a combination of lectures, a Real life scenario, group discussions, and practical exercises.

Some of the topics included in this course are:

• Introduction to Scrum and Agile

• Scrum Theory & key concepts

• Scenario based Scrum Roles, Artifacts, and Events

• Scenario based Team Development

• Scrum Metrics and Reporting

• Scrum Certification Exam Preparation (Practice Questions, Exam Tips and Tricks, Mock Exam)

• Wrap up: Recap of Scrum Framework

Next Steps:

Practical experience: Participants can apply their newfound Scrum knowledge by working on real-life projects and practising what they have learned.

Certification: Participants can obtain the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification, to demonstrate their comprehensive understanding of Scrum.

Agile Scenario / Job Interview preparation sessions: These practical sessions include real-life/work environment scenarios, job interview preparation to help you in getting a Job as a Scrum Master

Progressive Agile training: Participants can take in-depth Agile training courses in Kanban, to gain a comprehensive understanding the Kanban framework and its application.
