Objective: This session will equip participants with the skills and confidence they need to be quickly successful in the Scrum Master job interview.

Duration: 15 hrs

Tue & Thu, 8pm to 9pm (EST) for 7 weeks, OR

Sat & Sun, 6pm to 8.30pm (EST) for 3.5 weekends

Target Audience:

• Anyone looking to quickly secure a Scrum Master job and succeed as a Scrum Master

Prerequisites: A recognized Scrum certification and/or a good understanding of Scrum

Location: Virtual

• Discussing & Answering several Situational & Behavioural questions

• Utilizing and aligning past experiences

• Role playing, Facilitation, Agile Mindset Simulation.

• Enhancing/Demonstrating Soft Skills

• Development of achievement based Resume

• Job Shadowing

• Scenario Tools (Jira/Confluence) session

• Mock Interviews

• What to do when invited for an interview
