Objective: This training course is designed to provide participants with a good understanding of Kanban framework
Duration: 8 hrs
Tue &Thu, 5pm to 6pm (EST) for 4 weeks, OR
Sat & Sun, 11am to 1.30pm (EST) for 2 weekends
Target Audience:
Anyone who is looking to increase their knowledge and understanding of Kanban and how it can be applied in their personal and professional lives or in different industries and projects.
Individuals who are interested in learning Kanban or are new to Kanban and want to learn more about it.
Prerequisites: None. A basic understanding of project management concepts or workflows can be helpful, but not essential.
